Our products are always prepared fresh in small batches to guarantee great quality. When you receive Woman Divine products they are still beaming with life and vitality of the plants. Since we are an artisan producer, everything is truly done by hand. From formulating to pouring into bottles and jars to labelling and mailing it to you, we do it all! Our studio is filled with oils and herbs which we also use in our treatments. returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you be 100% content with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.

what if I need to change my order?

if your order has not shipped yet, yes, you can change it. However, if it has already shipped it's pretty much a done deal.

Yes, you can. While placing your order online choose the option for 'pick up at Woman Divine Studio' rather than having it mailed to you.

Orders can be picked up on: 

• Tuesdays 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm
• Thursday 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm
• Fridays 10am - 1pm

Your order will not be ready for pick up on any other day unless you have made an arrangement and have scheduled an appointment.

*You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

ARE WOMAN DIVINE SKIN CARE PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

Yes, our products are formulated from organic and wild-crafted plants. Some of the plant material, that we use in our formulations, comes from very small organic producers, who are not certified organic (due to the cost of attaining such certification). We are however very confident in the excellent quality or their non-certified organic plant material.

FIRST TIME VISIT

A thorough skin health assessment forms the foundation for an effective face treatment and effective skin care prescription.

We strongly suggest you book a 90 min. session for your first visit to give sufficient time for proper assessment and a complete treatment.

Please, bring any skin care products you are presently using to your first visit.

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM A FACIAL?

Facials are received for many different reasons: to treat particular skin conditions, to relieve tension from facial tissues, to bring on a healthy glow and simply for pure pleasure. Most of us will fit into one of these categories, so every woman regardless of skin type or age will benefit from a holistic facial.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?

Like with any treatment, only regular sessions will bring long lasting benefits. We suggest visits every 4-8 weeks (in most cases) for women who wish to make holistic skin care part of their life.

If you choose to receive facials for pleasure, any time is good.

WHY DO YOU OFFER ONLY A FEW FACIAL TREATMENT CHOICES?

Our facial treatments are always customized.

We find long facial menus nice sounding but rather confusing for a client in making an appropriate choice. We have an extensive collection of organic products and raw materials including essential, nut and seed oils, local herbs as well as clays. Lots to choose from to give you a great treatment each time you visit:)

Please note, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments. If 24 hours is not provided, the client will be responsible to pay the full price of the scheduled appointment.

Same day appointments:

When booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client will be responsible to pay for the full price of the appointment.

Treatments paid in advance are non-refundable.
